Sapic

This cheese is distinguished by its unique shape reminiscent of a small fir tree, which gives it a charming and original appearance on a cheese platter. The rind of Sapic is thin, pleated and covered with a delicate white down, ranging from white to ivory. Its paste, bright white, is chalky in its centre and has a thin creamy layer under the rind. On the palate, Sapic offers a soft and creamy texture, with a fresh and mild goat flavour that intensifies with maturation.
