whats in the box

  • We use high end cured meats, all made here on Vancouver Island. Haus sausage co, out of Victoria and Picnic Charcuteire out of Tofino Offer an amazing variety of salamis an salumis. From red wine Salami to bison bresaola our meat selection will never disapoint

  • We use a combination of imported and local cheeses! Our selection is always rotating but we always use our local favourites from Little Qualicum Cheese Works, Natural Pastures, and Bomé cheese- in chorus with our imported cheese selection

  • We always include our mustards- sometimes from our regular line up, or sometimes small batch… but you can always count on there being mustard! Along side the mustard we use some beautiful chutneys, jams, “butters” and jellies from our local farmers and producers!

  • We use some of our in house pickled goods, as well as a variety of some outstanding pickled vegetables from Dubois Food Co, all produce comes from local Comox Valley farmers !

  • Anything from Vermouth Olives, balsamic pearl onions, candied almonds, chocolate, wine gummies, in season fruits and vegetables, fruit leather, herbs, baguette, crackers… our extras seem endless! All made by the wonderful producers we have right here on Vancouver Island!

Our boxes and boards are filled to the brim with amazing products from BC and Vancouver Island! We strive to use what is in season, and support our local farmers and producers! Always made to order, we want to work with in your budget and provide you with incredible flavours perfectly curated to compliment each other… great for special occasions, gathering of family and friends, or just for a night in on the couch!
