Régal de Bourgogne Pomme Caramel


This Caramel Apple cheese treat is made from the highest quality pasteurized milk and cream. The apples are dehydrated before being caramelized, and the cheese is then coated with them. Burgundy is known for its extraordinary wines, but the shady hillsides are populated by cows, often Montbéliardes, which produce very rich and balanced milk. The taste is very close to milk and especially cream, and balances perfectly with the sweetness of the caramelized apple. Its texture is buttery and silky
