This cheese is made from the highest quality pasteurised cow's milk and cream. The cranberries are dehydrated before being added on the cheese to cover it. Burgundy is recognized for its exceptional wines but its shaded hillsides are also home to Montbélliardes cattle that produce rich and balanced milk.
