This cheese is made from the highest quality pasteurised cow's milk and cream. The cranberries are dehydrated before being added on the cheese to cover it. Burgundy is recognized for its exceptional wines but its shaded hillsides are also home to Montbélliardes cattle that produce rich and balanced milk. The flavour is very close to that of milk and even more so, cream. It balances perfectly with the sweetness of the fruit that coats it
