Wildwood


Wildwood cheese has a brown, rustic washed rind that presents aromas typical of washed cheese.

The interior paste is rich, creamy yet crumbly with visible sodium crystals throughout. The flavour is nutty, sweet and slightly salty in the finish. Very typical of an alpine cheese in Switzerland or France but made in St.Mary's, Ontario!
