Monsieur Émile


a medium intensity goat cheese with a yellowish, wrinkled rind. The interior is smooth and dense and goes from chalky to creamy. It features mild caprine aromas and creamy, nutty flavours with a finely spicy end note.

Introduced in 2009, the cheese is named for cheesemaker Caroline’s great grandfather.
