l'angelique à marc
A cheese with a Soft paste with a bloomy rind. The wooden strap that embraces the wheel of soft cheese with a mixed rind throughout its ripening adds this slightly woody touch to its runny heart
The name if this cheese comes from the fusion of an indigenous plant’s name, common on the Iles-aux-Grues archipel’s banks, and the name of the renown artist Marc Seguin who created this cheese’s label. It’s an expression of his love for the Island and its inhabitants. A true cheesy beauty.
