Made on Salt Spring Island, this soft fresh goat cheese comes with a smoked salmon and capers on top to make the perfect center to any cheese plate.

Aside from the smoked salmon and caper flavours, other tasting notes often include a bright citrusy element from lemon, the herbaceous freshness of dill, and a hint of peppery spice, all balanced by the smooth texture of the goat cheese and the firm, yet delicate, flaked salmon.
