Creamy and spreadable, Chavroux goat’s milk cheese is mild in flavour, but pleasantly farmy and fresh on the nose!  The figs provide a natural, concentrated sweetness that complements the tartness of the cheese, its wonderful spread with charcuterie and toasts.  With a wonderfully rounded flavour, it will melt satisfyingly on your palate with a soft finish.
